"Eat Good. Do Good. Feel Good" is the welcoming mantra and motto for new restaurant, Love Your Food Everyday, LYFE. Earlier this week I was able to attend one of the soft openings  for the East Memphis location.

Though LYFE is considered a fast-food chain, the atmosphere was extremely inviting with a lounge area, bar, table seating, and outdoor seating with an attached lounge/patio. There was also an indoor fresh herb garden that is used for all of the dishes.

This self-serve water station was a first for me. Pretty cool idea. I like the that it provided different options of chilled, sparkling, and ambient. I prefer chilled water, but the mister likes his more ambient.

Price points were fairly reasonable compared to similar places.  My grilled pepper quesadilla w/chicken added, and a side of garlic parmesan sweet potato fries totaled at $10 all together.  This would so be price of just the quesadilla maybe with chicken at comparable spots. Winner winner chicken dinner.

Just looking at this picture I can taste all of those delicious flavors melted together all over again. The grilled peppers gave a nice kick and the cheeses used perfectly complimented the whole wheat tortilla. The guacamole was superb, and their salsa... Sigh... I need a moment. Whew child,  I want to buy this by the quart. Hands down it is most definitely included in my favorite salsas found in Memphis.

Fun fact, In 2014 the company moved their headquarters to Memphis and promised 2 locations on which the next will be opening in downtown *birdman hand rub*. This news is freaking fantastic as I really enjoyed this spot, but as a midtowner, downtown is a heck of a lot closer than the east Memphis location (hello gas tank met wallet).  

LYFE officially opened on yesterday. Make sure to check it out. As I work not to far from the current location I will most definitely be going back for lunch.
