Attenion all New York fashion lovers. If you are in the NY area the lovely people over at Fashion Bomb Daily in partnership with Noel New York are conducting a makeover contest. They are giving one lucky winner the opportunity to have their hair and makeup done by a team who have worked with such celebrities as Alica Keys and Ciara. In addition, the winner will receive wardrobe and style advice by  Alisha Crutchfield, Fashion Director of the Miss Universe Organization. To be eligible you must be at least 18 years of age, be able to be in NY on Sunday March 25th, and send in 2 to 6 pictures of yourself.
