When you talk about interior goals and design inspiration, Kristin of Ever Bloom Design, unique boutique fits the bill. I had the pleasure of stopping by her Valentine's pop-up held the weekend before Valentine's day. I had the sweetest time, met some really fabulous local female vendors, and tired to not fan girl out over all of the beautiful decor pieces has in her space.
I could do a long post about where I've been and what I've been doing this past year and a half, but it wouldn't be all that exciting. To sum it up, life took off, promotions, engagements, planning a wedding, so yeah a lot of adulting. If you have been following me on instagram you have caught some of my updates. If not come on over.
Well here we are, 2018. This year I aim to invest more in myself and to grow and nourish my tribe. Being more engaged with blogging is right at the top of my list. Be prepared for more thrifting, more drool worthy vintage finds, and course more beauty related content.
There are soo many projects I want to tackle. First up, I am working on my home office/ lady lair makeover. My favorite place for inspiration is pinterest. Currently I am loving textures, like faux fur rugs and throws and deep pink and rich blue velvets. I also have a thing for gold, rose gold, and copper, so these materials will for sure be featured in my room. I already have a vintage sofa that I am thinking about doing a paint treatment to and a black iron desk that I'm debating on changing the color with a little spray paint.
One of my passions is interior design and organization, which is visible to anyone who steps foot into my home. I enjoy mixing vintage (and thirfted) finds with more traditional and modern pieces to create an interesting and unique look. I also like to find new ways of incorporating traditional items in nontraditional ways to increase the function of a space and still offer it a pop of uniqueness and identity all to itself.
Lately I have been getting more and more requests from potential clients on design assistance and tips on room rearrangement, especially for closet and wardrobe organizing. Nothing can provide better inspiration in offering each person a space tailored to their own individual style than pictures of fabulous spaces.
