I had debated on if I would do this post, given Christmas is tomorrow. However, I shared a recent thrift outing via my IG stories and soo many people reached out. So I have decided to give the people more of what they want.

This garland was picked up last year from Micheal's. I added a few more touches this year, and to be honest I believe my heart is still in wedding decorations. Our sweet wedding was a little over 2 months ago and I pinned soo many inspiration pics that it was bound to spill over ha!

Our home is mixture of Hollywood regency, meets mid century, with some boho vibes thrown into the mix.  Though there are still projects I am want to get done, hello bedroom update and living room refresh, Christmas is one of those times of year, that I adore adding seasonal touches in my space. Christmas decor in our home is mainly in the living room with a touch of holiday cheer in our dinning room and kitchen. I like to also set our table for the season.

I randomly found this vintage tv cart, that I use as our bar cart, a few years back while thrifting. I have an actually bar cart, but it's rose gold and super beautiful. However,  the hubs was not feeling it in our main space, so for now it lives my office. Our current set-up is the perfect combination of masculine and feminine. The vintage crystal bare ware really softens up the piece. My most recent addition is the crystal ice bucket that I found at Goodwill. I filled it with some of our favorite holiday candies surrounded by some faux holly.

This pic really does not do this console justice. Its about twice as big as it appears, and is HEAVY. The top is one solid piece of wood and the bottom is also carved out of one solid piece of wood. I have plans for that negative space above our entertainment console. For now this is our living room.

Last year I could not stop thrifting brass candlestick holders. I especially fell in love with the horn shaped ones. I have about 5 and use them specially for Christmas. Also lets get into the vintage walnut cracker. This piece makes me fell soo nostalgic. I grew up watching my grandmother and great aunts and uncles cracking and eating walnuts during late summer early fall.

This sweet little tree has held us down for years. I'm ready to part ways, my husband however, still loves it. Funny how the presents under it is overpowering it. One of the things I am really working on is compromise. Maybe I can finally convince him it is time to upgrade. Fingers crossed guys, wish me luck.

The pieces I have in our spaces are truly treasures. The vast majority were surprise thrift finds, likes this vintage record player stand. I picked the player up from Target years ago. The records are a combination of thrift finds, buys, and some have been gifted to me. The seasonal candle I got at Target, surprise surprise. I got two of them, one is festive pomander and the other is holiday spices and they smell soo devine!

mid-century modern vintage decor, christmas decorThe dining room situation in our apartment is rather interesting. It is laundry room/dinning room mash-up, of which I have yet figured out how to properly arrange.  However, this beautiful mid-century modern china cabinet lives there. Since any dishes we own are in our kitchen, we use it as our bookcase. One of my favorite things on it is the vintage Coco cola bottle that my husband found years ago. It is from the 70s and has never been opened. I popped a few Christmas decor items on our bookcase to tie it in with our living room. The vintage brass candle stick holder is one of my favorites in my collection. The reindeer I have had for years and was probably picked up at Target.

Right off of the dinning room is our kitchen. Its small, like super small. This is the smallest kitchen I have ever had, but the original cabinetry makes me smile. Given its size, I did not do much in here outside of these super cute kitchen towels.

Hope our, late, vintage inspired Christmas decor have you some tips on who to incorporate thrifted and seasonal finds into your home.
